First launched in April 2010, the Sisters Network Inc. Stop the Silence National African American Breast Cancer 5K Walk/Run is the first and only national breast cancer walk hosted by a black-led organization for black women.
The walk is hosted in April to draw attention to National Minority Health Awareness month.
