Course and race notes
Come run with us along the river for a Spirits Run with a seriously cool twist!
March 6 is National Frozen Food Day, celebrating the invention of flash freezing - freezing food so fast that it locks in flavor and freshness. We're celebrating the only way Spirits Run knows how: with a run, a frozen treat, and a party.
In the organizer's words, from the race's own listing.
